Led by Barre Series founder Catie Miller, this REPs Certified 100-Hour Training dives deep into the principles, techniques, and science behind barre, empowering participants to become proficient instructors prepared to deliver exceptional fitness experiences.

  • Barre Foundations: Explore the intricacies of barre with a six-part workshop covering warm-up, upper body, lower body (front and back barre), core engagement, and stretching.

  • Anatomy & Injury Prevention: Understand the science of movement, potential injuries, and how to create safe and effective classes.
