Barre Series: 100-Hour Foundation Barre Teacher Training – London Academy
Welcome to the Barre Series Foundation Barre Teacher Training, taking place 23–25 April 2026 at 16 Balderton Street, Mayfair, London (W1K 6TN).
This REPs-accredited, founder-led 100-hour certification is designed for those who want to deepen their understanding of barre, movement and teaching. Whether you are a dedicated barre practitioner, a fitness professional expanding your expertise, or someone exploring how barre might fit into your future work, this programme offers a comprehensive and thoughtful foundation.
Delivered primarily in person, the course blends movement science, Pilates-informed barre technique, anatomy, cueing, and class design — supporting participants to develop confidence, clarity, and a strong personal teaching approach.
Founder-Led & REPs-Accredited
Led by Catie Miller, founder of Barre Series, this training is rooted in the method she has developed through years of teaching, programme development, and instructor education.
As a REPs-certified programme, graduates are eligible for professional recognition and insurance, while also gaining a deeper understanding of how to apply barre principles safely, intelligently, and sustainably — whether teaching others or refining their own practice.
Daily Schedule
9:00am – 5:00pm
Certification Structure (100+ Hours)
After completing the in-person intensive, participants will work through additional practice, study, and teaching hours to complete the full certification:
